The Saniflo Sanicondens is designed to pump condensate water from condensing boilers, HVAC systems, and water heaters in both residential and commercial applications. When condensate is unable to drain through gravity to an existing drain line, the Sanicondens can remove the excess water to help prevent property damage and reduce health hazards caused by moisture that can affect indoor air quality. One of the most powerful pumps on the market, the Sanicondens has a compact and modern design unlike many models in its class. It will pump condensate water vertically up to 15 feet in height and horizontally up to 150 feet away from a soil stack. When water enters the Sanicondens, it activates an internal float mechanism which in turn starts the sealed motor that drives the spindle/drive shaft to turn the impeller and force the water out the discharge pipe. The short 2-10 second normal operating cycle keeps power consumption to a minimum. Unit comes equipped with a non-return valve to prevent backflow. It is recommended that the pump be connected to a Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI) circuit. The Sanicondens is certified to American and Canadian Standards. Electrical standard UL 788, CA: Electrical standard CSA C22.2. Includes pump case only.
